I have to wake up early for football practice, but whenever I wake up early, I either feel like I'm going to throw up, or get gas,or diarrhea, or I'm incredibly tired. But most of the time, its all of them. Please help me? I really want to perform at my best. (P.S, Having breakfast just makes me even sicker.)... Read More »
