Open Question: why do i keep waking up at the worst time?

Im just the average 17 year old male that always wake up at the worst times. like if I get a chance to have a wet dream i always WAKE up at the special part. then i my other dreams i WAKE up just when im either playing football or basketball and just before i score............im awake or im talking to some on very important (hot friend or a wise grown up) i miss what they have to say. i try google on this answer but i get nothing. im in not the only one gong through this and y'all know te answer that would be cool....
